Eddie Hinshaw focuses his practice primarily in business, corporate and tax law, and estate planning and estate administration. His background as a CPA and former Internal Revenue Service employee is valuable to the firm’s business clients.

Eddie’s vast experience includes counseling both publicly traded and closely held businesses in a variety of matters, from formation of the business entity to sales, purchases and complex mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in the closing of business transactions with values aggregating hundreds of millions of dollars. An avid golfer and dedicated yoga student who enjoys almost all sports, Eddie and his wife, Dawn, delight in raising their two sons, Mitchell and Jesse.
