Mr. Ayers has been with the firm since 1987. He attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he played varsity soccer and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Campbell University School of Law in 1986.

John has been extensively involved in both the trial and appellate courts, and has focused his practice on primarily assisting injured persons in Worker’s Compensation claims and Personal Injury claims. He is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, Worker’s Compensation Section. John serves on the Board of Directors for Grace Life International Ministry.

In 2006, John was named a North Carolina Super Lawyer in the area of Worker’s Compensation by Law & Politics Magazine. John and his wife, Linda, have two children, Christian and Rachel.
